-Glaxo paid a premium for that kind of potential. The $22.50 per Sirtris share that GSK paid as part of the deal represented a nearly 85 percent premium to Sirtris stock price at the time the deal was announced-
85% premium to 5.7c = ~10.5c but that's early days as more news will be ongoing IMO, pushing up the SP prior to any offer.
