Assuming, as a lawyer, Peter is aware of his obligation to notify within 2 days of a 1% change in holding (I am sure he is) that means he picked up 2 million shares on market Tuesday/Wednesday.
I assumed it was either him or one of the substantial holders selling so if we don't get another notice in the next few days, I guess it was one of the lower holders.
DMX usually report around the 10th so maybe something in their report.
