Agree. My experience also, Mornington Vic. Problem is that the delay is due to all the unhappy customers trying to get their incorrect billings sorted out. Combined with TLS uncompetetive prices is is certainly a worry. Especially when many of the TLS customers are locked in due to lack of alternatives, and would love to change to others with total packages at half the price. Still holding, too many.
