I sold out because of my age (four score and one). I do not have the luxury of decades ahead to give the leopard time to change its spots, and thus cause NEA to churn out the rewards for which investors have so patiently waited. Your circumstances are different, so waiting for a possible better outcome makes sense, provided you view it as a gamble with more upside than downside, which I think could transpire to be the case.
That I did not like the Management was bad enough, but that the major investors did nothing to force a change of management style both amazed and disappointed me (see my 23/05/22 post 61566100). A White Knight with a difference would be good. That is, one who is prepared to offer a better price, and let those who want to continue to hold shares, do so. In that scenario, Management and Board changes are a must.
