Should have included, couldn't agree more with paying the right $ fornthe best ppl.
I've lost count of the same argument in politics, be It local,state or federal, I'd rather have half as many on twice as mush or more to encourage the smart business ppl to make the choice.
Why would any half successful CEO/COO trade in private sector for say minister at fed level for 600k plus pay cut.
