Wasn't the post min res merger trans meant to be 3:1 so the old rdg share capital became 3 parts min and 1 part rdg. Of that 1/4 of rdg originally a heap was tightly held by mgmt so likely only 10-15% free float?
the other question is why are they still a listed entity in this case and what problems may arise in the future as the small shareholder? E.g. will we just get shafted at every opportunity.
i do prefer a more conventional business than hoping this patented technology actually works.
