Ann: Mining Executive Neil Biddle appointed as Chairman, page-121

ProP2 I looked this up earlier this morning and they have 14 days to lodge a 3X. Interestingly it is the director’s responsibility not the company secretary’s for the lodging of the notice. As I alluded to in my post yesterday it’s going to be telling if Biddle had no TNG shares when appointed chairman. I don’t know if others will read it the same way but to me it would clearly indicate that he certainly didn’t have any faith in PB to get the project over the line. Additionally from a corporate governance perspective he hasn’t gotten off to a perfect start but the cynic in me thinks the appointment notice and the 3X were purposely not lodged on the same day for obvious reasons. Waiting to be proved wrong Neil.
