I imagine having PA Alameda 1 they have both a 5and10k psi BOP available. Also with the reference to clean the liner , I didn’t read that in the Ann, I read it as the bore was cleaned sufficient to allow the casing to be placed. I raised the question previously whether the bore was damaged fishing for bits of drill. Seems not = good news.
