Exactly. People need to just let the management deliver. They know what they are doing. This company has taken about 7 years to reach this point. Speculation is fun, but real results are the only thing that matter in the end. We will see the stock price move all over the place moving forward. This will not just keep going in a straight line. Expect volatility at times.
They are delivering in spades and things are only just getting started. It’s great to be excited but we need to keep the emotions under control or they might interfere with judgement. That is not easy, but a good goal to have. I have little doubt we are in the right company. It will take some time to unfold. The big picture is very much on our side. The world and govts want what DRE has. The tons need to keep coming. They certainly have the targets to make that happen. A lot of wannabe’s will spin all sorts of crap, but very few will have these grades and widths with the right elements.
In the background, The media will continue to spend its entire time on trying to scare everyone out of their wits at every level. Geopolitical, war, inflation, energy, markets, weather etc. it’s how they pay the bills. Ignore those ambulance chasers and stick with the fundamentals. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
It is great to see that DRE now has the cash on hand to break open the jewellery box.
