RNU has not received full government funding, they have received conditional funding, Do you even know what the conditions are? WKT also received conditional funding, the company was very transparent on what the conditions were, but they were unable to satisfy one condition which has landed the company in the financial mess they are in today,
You really need to brush up on your research, it sounds like your other investment is going to end up like your WKT's.
