The question now becomes one of valuation.
Their 2022 loss was 20 million.
They only have enough cash to pay their current liabilities.
(they do like to pay their BoD well. In 2021 it was 3.7 million. On roughly the same % that makes it about 5.1 million for FY22)
That is not a strong balance sheet.
Dilution is necessary.
So what should we value FBR at?
