well it's been making new lows for the past 20 years so one would think administration is not out of the question when it's about to drop to less than half a cent!!! unless of course it's finally at the bottom but what has it got to make it go up??? please don't say the Tali ap because that requires an expensive iPad for an adhd or autism child to use. can you imagine how many of those the parents are going to have to buy when the child has a tantrum from losing the game and breaks the iPad. with high inflation and expensive iPads or equivalent to purchase I think the parents are going to steer clear of Tali regardless of the approvals it gets.
