Aye Aye zzzzzzzzp. The federal gov't does shell out some dosh to the states. There is some blurring of 'who pays' when it comes to veterans for instance. Veterans can use their DVA-issued cards for certain treatments. Does the state send the final bill to the federal gov't? The lines are blurred. I was also thinking of the sheer numbers. Our hospitals are under strain at the moment so what impact will large numbers of ailing migrants have on the hospitals.
