Why an update from TNG on the water agreements might be valuable ....Singleton station is 245klms by road but maybe 150klms as the crow flies... very topical and high profile and one would have to assume lawyers either co work on both projects or if they don't, are watching the outcomes to see how it applies to other agreements... Note in the article the company states....6.5 years of following the NT approval process to a tee yet still find themselves in court....

I suspect Grant may know this could be the company's Achilles heel and hence his strong NT connections and Traditional Owners relationships are "high vis" on his presentations??
