perhaps WBC should buy BEN? BEN’s SP is extremely low, it’s Board and Executive very poor, results could get much better under WBC, they could hardly get any worse.
WBC gets things wrong and is under resourced but BEN is even more so.
WBC’s SP is very low but BEN’s even more so IMHO.
