And acquire-This company is facing solvency challenges in the immediate future and is no position to acquire anything and for the same reason being acquired, aswell as the MD holds 50%+ of the issued stock and no doubt he thinks the valuation should be 4 times where it currently is so being acquired would be near impossible IMHO
