So I got a reply from Karl himself in regards to some questions I had.

As part of their new cost saving strategy and focus on large enterprise are customers, they are looking to shed some positions in higher cost countries, close some offices in these countries and move them to lower cost countries like Portugal and Ireland. Could be savings of a few millions a year. The small sales team they have rhey will use to focus on larger enterprise customers instead of smaller clients.
