Removal from the list is around non-trade. The key to ASX 200 and ASX 300 entry is Market Cap. On relisting if AVZ's market cap stays at where it is $2.75 billion then it will be back in in no time. Most here are saying it will go back up MC wise so that is the issue here - non trade is what removed it from the ASX 200 and ASX 300 (and it will trade on the ASX when the suspension is lifted so not sure this delisting points on here as AVZ is not delisted).

That is is the basics here - repeat suspension had it removed, despite the fact on a MC basis it would probably still qualify for the ASX 200 were it able to trade (and assuming SP either stayed the same or increased meaning market cap either the same or increased).

In terms of the continuing suspension the key too me continues to remain has the proposed production start date shifted out and to when - that is the key, and the DRC government needs to get its act together fast as I posted previously - Post #:63110881
