agree with this, if you look at comparables such as CHL at $100m cap and $16m revenue vs ALO $28m revenue and Strong ebitda and ALO grew 150% in FY22 ALOs market opportunity is huge given how many holiday properties there are in Australia ie 300,000 to 500,000 who's to say this is only an Aussie opportunity as well.. surely there's opportunities globally as well in the future ALO at ~2000 properties is the largest of its kind (end to end platform looking after all aspects of managing holiday property) For someone to try replicate ALO in its current key areas it's massively cost prohibitive. ALO has exclusive mgt agreements with 200-400 properties in its key areas Port Stephens, Noosa, Mornington Peninsula, Great Ocean Road, South Coast etc so competitors needs to buy these agreements or try to organically offer a cheaper and more compelling service to take these properties off ALO.

ALO was in acquisition mode during the time when travel had yet to fully recover - Replicating ALO's model at this point is just impracticable... A Take over at this point on the other hand....
