Net operating profit before tax and significant items has risen markedly from $10.136 million in the previous corresponding period to $41.350 million. This was driven by the 84% jump in revenues which was largely due to the increase in Relenza royalties to $56.7 million from only $3.8 million in 1H F09 due to the swine flu pandemic. Return on Assets (ROA) improved from 24.37% to 59.71%. Pre abnormal Earnings per Share (EPS) rose from 4.10 cents to 19.03 cents. This translates into EPS Growth of 364.15%.
