does a capital raising always mean an issue of shares?
would it also relate to the sale of assets and tenements?
they use the word 'transaction' in the announcement, would this indicate a financial transaction has taken place already.....I wouldn't think they'd use the word if there was a share offer involved?
we should be concerned about dilution of our stock holdings should a share offer be announced but I wouldn't expect it to involve more than say a $10m raising which equates to roughly the same amount of shares and perhaps only a 10% dilution of the stock.
