Ann: Response to ASX Query, page-3

It is not even a month since they were rapped over the knuckles for the same thing.

Part of the problem is ASX, just sending out a proforma query, and accepting whatever the company sends back, also a proforma response usually from my experience with these things. It is as if both sides are just giving a wink and a nod to the rules, doing the minimal to cover their heehaws. Some fines or sackings are needed when the poor behaviour persists is my thought.

A friend of mine says "how it starts is how it ends," so I guess this defines the level of administrative competence of this group. No wonder the real stuff is such a mess.
