cgv chart delimma causing confusion?

If you look at the historical chart of CGV.
http://www.asx.com.au/asx/research/companyInfo.do?by=asxCode&asxCode=CGV#chart (scroll down). People might think that CGV has had a huge run from less then 5 cents in 2009 to 20cents. Where in fact its not the case at all.

The share price moved from 5 cents to 20 cents when the reverse merger of IRH took place by CGV.
A 1 for 4 Consolidation took place (reverse split) at 5 cents which took the price to 20 cents.

So when you think about it, if the reverse merager didnt take place todays SP of 14 cents, is in fact 3.5cents.

Since the 1 for 4 Consolidation, CGV has ann. a huge JV china $400M project which funds will be raised through a new HK JV company on the HKSE with CGV owning a 35% stake. Which means no planned dilution to CGV. CGV have also ann. a HOA JV with GPP to set up a UCG plant in Victoria, CGV earning 75%. Yet a shell company IRH managed to trade at 5 cents, but a company making big moves is trading at 3.5cents...

Also did a bit more research on the other directors of CGV. I was surprised to learn Dominic Martino is very very close to Clive Palmer, just look at when ever Clive Palmer takes a huge position in a company Dominic Martino is soon appointed the Director.

What has even got me more excited is that the company that Clive Palmer is targeting to raise $3B on the HKSE has Dominic Martino as one of the directors along with Alexander Downer.

BTW now it makes sense to me why CGV is proving up its non UCG coal assets in QLD... Maybe they plan to sell them to Clive Palmer which maybe sold if finalised to china part of the 60B coal deal.

The more research I do on CGV the more confident I am in holding for hte long term.

Can't wait once CGV is rerated along with its peers such as LNC and CXN.
