The creditors will need to consider whether they accept a loss of (up to) 97% of what they are owed; or, give the company back to the control of the directors to continue as a viable entity. If the creditors give control back to the directors, they, the creditors could get nothing or they could receive 100% of what they are owed. If the directors once again take control, and do a much better job than appears to have been done in the past, the creditors will become big winners, but so will the shareholders I think. Let us keep our fingers crossed.
