In fairness Dmasonic, the announcement about Neils' appointment stated: the Company (or an interested person such as Mr Biddle) and I believe it will be the Company that will try and fight this legally, after all they will have nothing to lose and its not their money they will be spending but yours and mine, talk about looking out for the best interest of the shareholders
