By lawsuit I imagine you mean class action which if that is the case don’t hold your breathe as they take years, cost a great deal to litigate, and given the company’s has no cash or tangible assets that can be readily converted into $$$, you’d be lucky to get 1c on the dollar. And that’s being being optimistic.
