Comparing the Dec, May, and Aug placements there was markedly increased volumes in the preceding few days to the shares going on market. Once on market hopefully the flipping was mostly over. The difference is the options have gone to a 1:1 this time and also being the 3rd placement it's more likely there would be more flipping (from investors who also were part of the previous placements).

A poor raise which has resulted in short term pain, but on the +ve, share price is at a very reasonable price range which means flippers do not get to profit as they would have liked, and newbies get the opportunity to enter, and existing shareholders get to to-pup if they see fit.
