I certainly don't begrudge them.
I would buy tomorrow at 23c with a 1 for 1 free option.
Clearly the SI and instos have left the building and are not buying even though they were scaled back.
Its a very weak argument to be expecting retail to buy when they have been shafted for the fourth time.
