Look- I hated the original deal and I’ve “accepted” the renegotiated deal not because it’s a good deal but because it’s better than paying the DD shares 2.8MM for nothing.

The governance issue here is clear to blind Freddy and I get doubts every now and then but then I go and read the company announcements re lac Rainy and Manindi, review in detail their cash position and compare to all the peers (opportunity cost) and I’m still convinced MLS offers BY FAR the best risk reward on the market today and I’m happy to defend that statement with facts.
