With benefication and an arc furnace 500,000 tonne a year is worth 200,000 mil a year.

Look I suppose there are a lot of option open for this and I suppose over the next few month we will find out a lot more,
But I know states like Nevada with unemployment running very high and not much mining happening in the US rigs geo's and a lot of the other cost will be very low compared to the costs here. Its an interesting read the ferrowest project will it translate to BV I don't know but there are plenty of option from on site Value adding to shipping to india or china for benefication it all depends on capex.
