What I don't understand is:
With $66m in equity they've achieved $16m NPAT at 25% ROE - fantastic model, look to replicate it.
But now they're acquiring $40m of businesses with no material earnings - the total opposite.
Don't know much about the logistics industry but gameplan on capital allocation could do with explaining.
