A few here are awaiting the prospectus details along with the finalisation of the underwriting agreement. Venture capitalists are beginning to move into these type of entites and Hamilton appear to have made a similar move on Eldore Minerals (EDM) via and associated placement (he replaced Waller of AEX fame).

Worth a watch on AEX into 2010 to see how it pans out, despite its chequered history.

Another one is Modena Resources (MDA) where they are also endeavouring to raise $10m recently. All of these (AEX, MDA & EDM)are going through a massive dilution phase whilst attemmting to backdoor in new business plans and Hamilton has just moved to Board on all three.
