Here is the snippet from the General Meeting on 8/4/21 which was approved by Shareholders for Bontempo to subscribe for 10,000,000 shares at 0.02c in Tranche 2 of the placement.
No change of Director's Interest Notice lodged and no idea where those shares are? Have they been sold? To who? When?
