Over the last 15 or so days, to Sept 5, the rig has completed (interpretation, but very likely) holes 5, 4 and moved onto 3 where it is probably still drilling.

This leaves one prepared site, #6, to show definitive drilling activity. There is a subtle hint this may have happened in July but try as I might it is not clear from the cloud restricted imagery of that time.

This time frame is long for 3 RC holes (IMO) so as per @ Big Kahuna stated: my understanding is that they are deep holes and multiple holes per pad

HCH will probably be exercising tight budgetary control which means only very good results would warrant additional drilling at the moment. Hopefully there will be a few new sites showing up.

From what I understand of the Chilean permitting system for drilling a new application may be needed if contingency holes were not included in the original proposal. If none, back to square 1 and a lengthy process....perhaps.
