Somewhat effective for a drug that has zero harm is good enough for me. If I'm provided with ivermectin, I'll take it along with vitamin D and Zinc. That is all the treatment I need. Note, those three items are totally safe. That is the main point. The covid vaccines are not totally safe. I think everyone agrees on that one.

Bleach on the other had is not safe! Don't take it! (I don't think any qualified health professional has even suggested to use bleach. Happy to see a reference if you have one.)
