With the state election now in motion, what is the bet there won't be any permits or whatever forthcoming for a uranium mine. Still not many votes in that.
Havilah might get a bone though, which could have some spin off for cuy. It always amazes me how things can be made to happen when there is an election and whoever wins the future of cuy will still be positive.
