All anyone needs to do is eye-ball a price chart to see the shareholder value management have torched over EVO's listed life. It's far too expensive for them to be trying to raise capital down here so it feels like they're just kicking the can down the road by selling the NZ assets so they can keep blindly chasing centres in Australia. Private equity isn't stupid. They would see plenty of upside from getting these centres at knockdown prices as the world comes out the other side of the covid restrictions on daily life. If they just held on to the NZ business for another 12-18 months I wonder what sort of valuation the business would attract.

So yeah, basically this all feels a bit rushed and not in the interest of shareholders.
