I also find it bizarre that HREC do not provide direct feedback on why the application was rejected. Or did the company receive feedback and are not able/willing to make it public? I would assume the latter would ride against continuous disclosure requirements. He did seem a little cagey in the presentation about not being able to talk about certain things and this seemed due to not knowing but a few times it felt like they had some information that they were unable to share.
