I spoke to a friend who is a lawyer. His advice is, if we take class or individual action to target the weak first. I presented all the documents I have on clz and Archean and he suggested starting with the weakest link. He stated that, that would be getting Chloe in a court room to have her explain her business and proof of what her invoices to clz relate to. Winning that scenario would create an unstable crumbling defence in a bigger broader case targeting all. I'm considering his no win, no fee offer to hold her to account.
