you could well be right about the dividend being cut due to diminishing profits, but, Telstra has managed to maitain the dividend under extemely difficult condidtions and have stated repeatedly that they intend to try and at least maintain the current dividend. Don't you feel they should at least be given benefit of the doubt?
I feel that at current the price they are undervalued but of course this is just my personal opinion.
