Hi Tolate, I have no idea what all this means as I am not a legal person or an expert in international dispute arbitration. In any case, Ding should soon be in Africa doing the honors in pressing the project lift-off launch button.
All I know is we are way overdue for an announcement about infrastructure funding based on Bestway's stated timetable and the progress Ding has made in China with our project partners since almost a year ago. LOL
I suspect Cameroon will soon tell ICC to bugger off given the cat is now out of the bag about the assignment of the Mbalam license to Cameroon Mining and bundled with the Sangha Congo rights under the ANS affiliated Coconut entity.
We want to see Ding officially confirm our relationship with Coconut and then the relisting and IPO details and timetable.
Bring it on !
