My regard for the ASX and it's rules for rules sake philosophy has hit a new low.
What ever the amount raised by MYL, that did not meet the proscriptive total that is required by the ASX rules, under other circumstances could have been used to advance the project and shareholder interests. Thanks heaps ASX, NOT!
To exit suspension or relist, they still need 300 investors. Lets just do the raise at $1 per contributor to get it done technically or delist and have an easier life!
In the meantime, it's obvious as some have already stated that money is coming in the door to keep the show on the road...and that, at the end of the day, is the only thing that will work for us. Looking for my opportunity to contribute.
