Says who Tikka? I haven't read anywhere that the asx set the price.
Who gave you such information? And In over 25 years of investing I've never heard of the ASX dictating a raising price. Ever.
The company certainly hasn't stated that either.
I'd go back to your source and ask for some evidence if ur prepared to publicly state such a statement defending the company for this raise and the price.
