    Dan, todays announcement says "commissioning of the plant will be complete by months end with ignition immediately thereafter".

    I could read that as if they finish commissioning on Wednesday, ignition would follow on Thursday, or if finished on Feb 28, i.e. Sunday, ignition would be in very early March.

    With that announcement today, maybe they are revving the market up . . . . nice!
