Ann: Zapato-1st Drilling Update and Option Expiry Reminder, page-282

A lot of posters are expecting a Big Bang ann, but none will say what that is in their expectation. As they are not logging whilst drilling I am at a loss to see what format this would take. If the mud weight is under weight there might be oil over the shakers or alternately with correct weight there may be fluorescence in the waste. Until they reach TD, POOH and log I can’t see a Big Bang coming.
In other words I cannot see an ann that tells us more than we know already. If anybody has a different view please advise me. Maybe gas shows or sudden pressure elevation?
Mx, I am sure would rather say nothing until TD.
STX release well plans, weekly drill reports and rapid guidance on any discovery, they take the SH on the exploration road with them. MAY doesn’t, they view much information as privileged. We will just have to wait it out IMO.
The elephant in the room here has globally significant discovery emblazoned on him. We need to start scooping the poop and selling it. Again how we go about that is privileged. We will have to wait for that also .
