Comments around the CRDB facility are discouraging. I wonder why still, after all this time, it is difficult to attain a response from the bank around what collatorel they require to effect drawdown. I mean, it has been since May that the market was advised that drawdown was not taking place until conditions are met. Some 4 months ago.
