With GNS in free fall I wonder if Ben's decision to reduce the bad debt provisions was wise? Ben should not look at acquisitions but for white knights!! Anybody out there to take on an incompetent management and create synergies by ousting them? Originally Ben had a good business plan. Management should have stuck to it rather than look for a quick buck in areas they did not understand, eg financing MIS and acquisitions (Adelaide Bank, Elders). Mike Hurst is not the man to ru this joint.
