Full year earnings for 2009 were in-line with guidance and in the broker's view the company is on the edge of a significant improvement in its key earnings drivers as major mining companies are increasing their capex plans. The broker sees this as priced into its forecasts however and given some concern as to how quickly margins will return to peak cycle levels it retains its Hold rating on the stock.
