Willing to spruik that “potential that will be unlocked in the future Nearmxistinap vision” ... which I anticipate it will
and then on the other hand “flogging the company off cheaply to foreign private equity” so the potential benefits will not end up in the pockets of existing shareholders.
Who will be the principal beneficiaries ... a ‘tired board’ and execs/mgt?
Would I believe the advice and utterances of the board that “selling out” is in my best interests?
No way ... vote NO. And in the meantime send them a clear message that their actions are “on the nose”
Lets see them “back pedal and eat some humble pie” as retail shareholders show we do have voting power.
