Hi Goldilock,
I've used 5% being WA state royalties and assumed a 2% private royalties.
However you are likely to be correct; which is the 7.5%; I've updated the "royalty" tab to include a table from LTR's DFS showing the royalty payable depending on SC6.0 price/t ranging from 7.75% to 7.50%. It appears the rate drops as prices/t goes higher but unsure if there's a limit.
